Baker Joe Cabibbo inspecting a batch of Panettone rings fresh from the oven. These will be packaged and shipped shortly after they have cooled, to ensure they can be enjoyed at their peak freshness.
Our Panettone is shaped and baked entirely by hand. This craft baking separates our product from the many manufactured, preservative-ridden panettone available today.
This delicious holiday bread was the first Cabibbo's Bakery product and is made from our original family recipe. |
Ruby Cabibbo offers samples of Cabibbo's Bakery products in front of one of our specialty retailers during a Victorian Holiday Festival. Many gourmet retailers feature Cabibbo's Bakery products along with their fine meats, cheeses, chocolates, bakery specialty items and Italian provisions.

Joe offers samples to holiday shoppers in a larger grocery store's gourmet foods section. The Cabibbos travel to many locations throughout the holiday season to promote their products and gain input from consumers. This input led directly to the introduction of our line of traditional Italian biscotti. |

A batch of Chocolate Almond Biscotti dough about to be shaped and baked for the first time. The biscotti will then be removed from the ovens, allowed to cool, cut into individual pieces, and toasted to give their characteristic crunchy texture. Although labor intensive, our biscotti are shaped and cut by hand as we have found that this is the only way to achieve results that meet our standards for quality and taste.
